Island Guide

Thousands of islands, islets, and skerries dot the Småland coastal waters. Of these, only about ninety have year round residents now or during the past fifty years. Our Island Guide lists not only inhabited and uninhabited islands, but even islets and skerries that no one has ever thought of settling on. The Island Guide has information about mainland towns and villages that traditionally belong to the archipelago domain, or are significant for water transport and business life. The Island Guide is arranged to correspond to the five geographical partitions of the Småland archipelago; Northern Tjust, Southern Tjust, Misterhult, Oskarshamn and Mönsterås.
